Inside Sales - No Cold Calling

We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Rep. Must have prior outbound call center, telemarketing or cold calling work experience.
In this role, the successful candidate will call existing clients to ensure they are happy with their service and products, resolve any issues and keeping in mind the ultimate goal is to upsell them on their existing service.
Must have excellent MS Word and Excel skills.
Must have at least two years of recent - similar work experience
Hours are 11a to 7p, Monday through Friday, no exception.
Hourly pay range is $13.00 to $15.00/DOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
