Human Resource Generalist

The main objective of a Human Resource Generalist is to oversee employee relations and ensure timely and accurate compensation of all employees while observing Wage and Hour law in addition to adequate tracking of various metrics; ensure complete Safety Compliance; and conduct training and development programs.
o Work closely with Home Office to ensure consistent practices and tracking;
o Full management of the timekeeping system for Richburg location;
o Payroll and Employee Data Maintenance;
o Payroll Processing for all employees;
o Reporting and Analysis;
o New Hire Orientation;
o Employee File Maintenance and upkeep
o Health Benefit Orientation and Tracking of paperwork
o Management and organization of Doctor Notes; FMLA letters; STD Communications; Worker's Comp Communications;
o Ensure full Safety Compliance of Warehouse;
o Conduction and follow up of all Employee Discipline Conversations;
o Ensure full compliance of Handbook and other policies;
o Recruitment; Interview and Screening of candidates;
o Exit Interviews;
o Troubleshoot employee issues and concerns; and
o Training and Development programs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
