Account Executive ( Sales Rep )

You will be provided with a Salesforce CRM database equipped with dashboards to organize your leads/ clients, as well as marketing strategies for email campaigns and social media posting. Take a glance at the job description below and if you believe that you have the gusto and the skillset needed to fill this role, apply today!   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sell and market title and closing services to potential clientele (ie: attorneys, realtors, developers, lenders, direct consumers, etc.) Maintain existing client base by being highly visible and available to address customer concerns when needed Log all client interactions and business opportunities in Salesforce on a daily basis        Become an active member in networking groups / association committees within the real estate industry (Chamber of Commerce, LeTip, Business Network International (BNI), etc.) to cultivate new client relationships Regularly attend outside networking events to identify new business opportunities and retain existing accounts Attend monthly sales meetings to review the team's progress, share upcoming events, brainstorm new sales strategies, and update the team on new opportunities for the business Prepare and deliver presentations and training classes relating to title as needed DESIRED COMPETENCIES Experience with SalesForce is preferred but not required Proficiency in various social media platforms preferred Possess an understanding of the industry and competition to be able to identify potential threats and opportunities REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS A valid NJ Title Insurance producer's license (preferred but not required) Please note, that if you are not actively licensed, you will not be permitted to pursue sales opportunities until  your license has been obtained. Reliable transportation A Bachelor's degree or higher Excellent written and verbal communication skills Telephone and email etiquette are a must A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals Ability to persuade and influence others Must demonstrate tenacity, persistence and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities Collaborative ability to deliver as an individual or as a part of a team

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
